Why did we come into the office today?
We exist to assist you in successfully dealing with your financial planning, investment, and insurance needs.
Our objective is to provide you with well-researched and straightforward advice that will assist you with making sound financial decisions. Our aim is to ensure that the decisions you make have a positive impact on your most precious assets – your family, your business, and your future.

Meet Tony Hawkins

As BACE Financial’s director and authorised financial planner, Tony provides leadership and sets standards of excellence. His main focus is in helping his clients to achieve financial independence while retaining their lifestyle goals.
He has been working in the financial services industry since 1987, and specialises in superannuation and insurance solutions for both personal and business clients. Prior to becoming a financial planner, Tony worked as a senior sales manager in these industries, where he helped other financial planners develop strategic superannuation and insurance solutions for their clients.

Melissa Wishart
In her role as BACE’s client relationship manager, Melissa is the main source of information and service delivery between us, our clients, and product/service providers in the market. She prides herself on service with a smile and value-adding client solutions, and is wholly committed to delivering the best possible client outcomes.
Melissa has extensive experience at a variety of major financial institutions including the State Bank of New South Wales, Colonial Bank, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. She has held roles such as local branch Operations Manager, Manager of International Operations, and Project Delivery Manager.
